The Calvert House will charge a plate fee of one dollar per plate to guests interested in brining their own dessert to a function at the Calvert House Inn.

Events proposals may be given by calling (301) 864-5220 or emailing catering@finedining.com

We cater to events of 20 or more people, or up to a $300.00 minimum.

We rent china, silverware, tablecloths, linen napkins, tableware, etc.

Uniformed wait staff and bus persons are available for an 18% gratuity.

Bartenders are available at a $10/hour. A 30% deposit and signed contract is due upon agreement.

If you are tax-free, please have your tax-free code available.

Paper products are available free of charge and are dropped off with the food. Event handlers are responsible for clean up of these items, and not the Calvert House Inn.

Payment is due on the date of the event. Please inform us if you need an invoice, so that we may send this to you in a proper amount of time.

Payments may be made over the phone with a credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

Rental Fees:

A delivery fee of $50.00 is applied for orders under $300.00
