Thank you for considering the Calvert House Inn for your forthcoming event! Please let us assist you in every way possible to make your function a success.

Monday thru Sunday, from 11 am to 9 pm.
Banquet Rooms
We offer two banquet rooms at the Calvert House Inn. For parties of 25 guests or more, there is no room charge. For parties of less than 25 guests, there is a $50 room fee. The original banquet room can seat from 20 to 65 guests. The banquet room (or "middle room"), features round tables and can seat 25 to 70 guests. The main room can seat up to 120 guests. All three rooms are available for rent.
Deposit
A 30% deposit is required at the time of your reservation. This amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your event. If you should have to cancel, you may use the deposit to reschedule or you may receive a full refund, if your cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the event. Deposits are forfeited for parties cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.
Guest Count & Food Plan
A dinner plan selection and an estimated guest count is due at the time of your deposit, which will secure your room. Final entrée selection is due one week in advance and final guest count is due 48 hours before the event.
Availability
The rooms are available for three hours during lunch and four hours during dinner. Lunch banquets may take place between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Dinner banquets may take place between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Payment
Payment is due on the date of the event. Please inform us if you need an invoice, so that we may send this to you in a proper amount of time.
An 18% gratuity and a 5% Maryland sales tax will be added to your bill.
If you are tax-free, please have your tax-free code available.
The Calvert House will charge a plate fee of $1.00 per plate to guests interested in brining their own dessert to a function at the Calvert House Inn. |

We'll provide you with a wonderful and afforable menu, including hors d'oeuvres, salads, freshly prepared seafood... the choices are deliciously endless. The Calvert House caters to you...

- From the simple to the elegant affairs
- We cater to events of 20 or more people, or up to a $300.00 minimum.
- We rent china, silverware, tablecloths, linen napkins, tableware, etc.
- Uniformed wait staff and bus persons are available for an 18% gratuity.
- Bartenders are available at a $10/hour.

A delivery fee of $25.00 will be charged for all parties under $300.00.
$50.00 will be charged for deliveries over a 5-mile radius.
If you are tax-free, please have your tax-free code available.
Paper products are available free of charge and are dropped off with the food. Event handlers are responsible for clean up of these items; not the Calvert House Inn.
